We offer a full range of plumbing and heating services across Sussex. We are a family run business who have been trading for over 40 years offering an honest, reliable and professional service. We are based on the Hove/Portslade border in Boundary Road where we occupy two shop fronts for our clients to visit us and provide complete peace of mind.
We are accredited installers for Viessmann, Glow-Worm and Vaillant. However, we also have a wealth of experience on all other brands of appliances and regularly install and maintain various other brands.
The Team
Matthew Dorrington
Manager

Matthew came into the business over the course of many years, learning initially in small phases while still in school education and eventually joining full time in 2006. Since this point Matthew gained many years of experience before taking over from Andrew as the company Manager. Matthew now primarily carries out Estimating, Technical Drawings and Job Management.
Rachel Morgan
Office Manager

Rachel (Matthews sister) joined the business in 2011 when we had recently opened our Hove shop.
Rachel has an eye for attention, not only in the office work which she carries out but also in the design phases of some of our projects.
Known for her unparalleled customer service and can-do attitude.
Andrew Dorrington
Senior Engineer

Andrew originally started the company in 1980 with his wife Stella.
Moving from strength to strength throughout the years and known for his extensive knowledge in the industry by customers and fellow engineers alike.
Andrew now works on a 'over-run' basis and you will know that he is in due to his beautiful dog Flo being at our Hove shop - She is very friendly!
Stella Dorrington

Stella started the company with Andrew and originally ran the business from the family home prior to the shops opening.
Stella prides herself on offering incredible customer service and always has done. Often complimented by knowing customers names and addresses just from a voice on the phone or seeing someone at the shop. Truly cares about our customers and has done for over 40 years!
Daniel Aston
Engineer

Daniel has a friendly attitude and is extremely approachable. Loves a good chat and a cup of tea while carrying out his work.
Daniel is incredibly experienced in the industry with over 10 years of experience in both commercial and domestic works.
Daniels field of expertise is gas works including boiler works but is skilled in carrying out all forms of plumbing work.
